User Data Deletion Policy & Instructions

Application: AppPulse: Screen Time Tracker (com.appdata) | Last Updated: October 15, 2026

💡 Key Takeaway: AppPulse operates 100% on your device and does NOT maintain external servers, user accounts, or cloud databases. You can instantly and permanently erase all stored statistics directly from your device at any time.

1. Overview of Data Storage

AppPulse processes your Android system screen time and app open counts strictly within your local device sandbox. We do not require accounts, logins, or email registrations. Therefore, we do not hold any remote copies of your personal data or device usage records on external servers.

2. How to Erase Your Data

You have full, immediate control over all data stored on your phone. Choose any of the following methods to permanently delete your data:

1
Option 1: Clear Data Directly Within AppPulse

You can purge all historical usage statistics with a single tap inside the application:

  1. Open the AppPulse app on your device.
  2. Tap the Settings tab in the bottom navigation bar.
  3. Scroll down to the Storage & Data Management section.
  4. Tap Clear Cached Stats and confirm when prompted.

• This instantly purges all local SQLite tracking logs and recalculates stats afresh.

2
Option 2: Clear Storage via Android System Settings

You can also wipe all application databases, caches, and stored preferences using the Android OS:

  1. Open your phone's Settings.
  2. Navigate to Apps (or Apps & Notifications → See all apps).
  3. Select AppPulse.
  4. Tap Storage & cache.
  5. Tap Clear Storage (or Clear Data).

• This resets the application to its original fresh-install state.

3
Option 3: Uninstall the Application

Uninstalling AppPulse from your Android device causes the Android operating system to permanently delete the application's entire private directory, including all local databases, cached data, and configuration files.

3. Cloud Server Retention

Because AppPulse does not operate user accounts or cloud databases, there is no remote server data to delete. When you clear data or uninstall the app locally, your data is completely and irretrievably erased.
